                          Demolition & Renovation Inspection

                Demolition - Renovation Inspection: Most local governments and every state in the US requires that any structure, residential or commercial, have an Inspection performed by a State Certified & Qualified Asbestos Inspector. In most cases, Asbestos is not dangerous until it is disturbed, so it must be identified and removed prior to demolition of the structure, or rehabilitation or renovation that would disturb it. Regulations are VERY serious about this, and with the known dangers of Asbestos... there is very good reason.      

                 The COST of performing a Certified Hazardous Materials Inspection is in the range of $ 250.00 - $500.00 depending on location and the scope and size of the project. ALL Demolition Inspection are performed using "certified & licensed" Hazardous Materials Inspectors, and certify clearance of Asbestos, Lead Paint and/or any other materials required by regulation
